We will use remote access and remote control technologies to provide routine maintenance to your Information System. In addition, remote access will provide the Help Desk with another method of assisting your staff members with immediate problems.
Many of the routine tasks required to keep your servers operating efficiently require periodic modifications to server settings and configuration. Many of these tasks can be performed using our remote control technology. Performing these operations remotely minimizes interruptions to your organization’s smooth operation. Whenever possible, We will perform these routine maintenance tasks remotely during relatively inactive periods on your network.
Sometimes, the problems experienced by your staff require one of our technicians to perform some software modifications on the machine. When these changes are more complicated than your staff’s patience will support us talking them through the changes, we can access their desktop remotely and perform the changes in real time.
These remote functions increase our responsiveness to your organization’s Information System issues and concerns. They will never fully replace onsite visits.
