IT Project Management

We will handle all aspects of integrating new technology from specification through selection and installation, including the coordination and management of outside vendors and verification of successful installation.

Once we have jointly developed an Information System plan for your organization, We will take responsibility for managing the plan. We’ll flesh out the details of the plan and collect bids for equipment and services to present to you. We will be accountable to you for management and status of any projects that result from the plan. We will coordinate the activities of all parties involved in implementation to ensure that the final system works as expected.

You won’t have to worry about “finger pointing” if something goes wrong in the implementation. We will take responsibility for the successful implementation of the project where our recommendations have been followed. We will make it work.
