Help Desk Computer Support
We will provide first line assistance during the normal business day for troubleshooting and application assistance. This support will directly assist the person with the problem. Once someone has contacted the Help Desk, the problem belongs to us.
Any member of your staff can call our Help Desk with a problem. Our Help Desk staff will work with that person to troubleshoot the problem and resolve it. If it can’t be resolved during the telephone conversation, the Help Desk technician will log the issue and take ownership of the problem until it is resolved. The resolution may involve further research, software updates, or an onsite visit.
Whatever is required to resolve the issue will be handled by the Help Desk. We will also keep your staff member apprised of the status of their issue and our plan to fix it.
