Small Business SupportFor the activities that require direct access to your Information System, we will dispatch skilled technicians to perform preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting. In addition, technicians will make onsite visits for integration and installation of new Information System capabilities during normal business hours.

When the Help Desk determines that your issue or project requires direct access to your Information System, we will schedule and dispatch a technician to your offices. We’ll notify you of the approximate time of the technician’s arrival and the impact of his visit on your operations.

The Help Desk technician, or the Lead Pertingo® Technician will determine when an onsite visit is preferable to remote access. Their goal is to minimize the impact on your organization’s operations.

Sometimes, we'll come to your office just to give you a chance to ask those little questions that you keep meaning to ask the next time you see us.
