What's not included in Pertingo?

Most of the things you would get from an internal IT staff are included in Pertingo. The most notable missing elements are custom programming and website development. These specialized skills can be managed through Pertingo, but they have additional charges.

What will trigger additional charges?

The only time you might encounter additional charges for Pertingo services is if you request support outside of normal operating hours. Oftentimes we do work on your system outside of normal hours as a convenience for you, but when you require overtime, additional charges may apply.

How quickly will you raise my rate if I "use too much?"

We keep track of the time we spend with you primarily to manage our staff and identify training needs, or to determine where there are poor configurations. We will not ever raise your rate because we're spending too much time on your system. We will work with you to figure out why it takes so much time and implement a solution.

Will I have an assigned technician?

When you sign up for Pertingo, you're hiring an entire staff of IT professionals. Like any team, each member brings unique skills to the whole. With that in mind, we try to get the entire team involved in working with your staff and your system. One of us might see something that others would overlook
